Return Policy

If in the rare case that you are not satisfied with your Rampz® game set, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery (upon proof of purchase). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Your returned item should include all original parts and packaging. If a return requires cleaning, you will be charged a fee of $50, which will be deducted from your refund. Any parts needing replacement due to damage, missing, or having marks that can't be cleaned, will have their replacement fee, at cost, deducted from the refund.

  1. Please first send us an email at support@RampzGame.com with your name and order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will email you back an RMA# and address to return your item to. Include this RMA# on your label when you ship it back to us.
  3. Once your return is received and clears inspection, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment and send you a confirmation email. Refund should be processed within a few days of this confirmation.

All Rampz® game sets purchased directly from Rampz® or a Rampz® authorized seller come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Damaged/Missing Items

If your Rampz® game set arrives damaged, or is missing some components, please contact support@RampzGame.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
